We believe that a smoothie a day has the power to give your eating habits a New Start. A smoothie is fast and easy to make, unbelievably nutritious and taste fantastic. It’s made from natural whole foods only, pure and simple without additives. It will help you cleanse, nourish and strengthen your body, as well as improve your energy levels and boost your immune system.
The concept is simple – swap one meal a day for a healthy smoothie packed with the powerful nutrients from fruit and greens. Have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner – it’s totally up to you. And that’s all there is to it! For the rest of the day, eat like you normally do. The key to success when forming a new habit is to start simple, and that is exactly what our philosophy is all about.
When the challenge begins, we will provide you with free recipes, tips and inspiration to help you get organized and reach your goal. This will be sent to your inbox on a weekly basis in advance. You will also receive a weekly shopping list and the exact measurements for each recipe. The system is super easy to follow and require no skills. Honestly, anyone can do this.
