Blueberry Ginger Immune Support

Blueberries not only taste great but are also packed with antioxidants to support immune function. Antioxidants strengthen your immune system by neutralizing free radicals in the body. Ginger is another fabulous immune supporter with many health benefits. It’s highly antioxidant and has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties just to name a few. This smoothie is a refreshing treat for your body.

2 cups water (500 ml)
2 cups spinach (500 ml)
2 cups blueberries, frozen (500 ml)
1 banana
1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated (1,5 cm)

Start by blending the water and spinach until it becomes a green liquid. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
