Makes 4 cups (500 ml)
1 cup frozen blueberries (250 ml)
2 cups pineapple (500 ml)
2 cups romaine salad (500 ml)
1 cup water (250 ml)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey (optional)
Start by blending the romaine salad and the water into a green liquid. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
