Mango Persimmon Smoothie

This blend is a gift in your mouth! A real autumn treat, like a bowl of sunshine. It makes me happy just looking at this photo, how about you? Make sure your mango is ripe when you make it, it intensifies the flavors. I added a little cayenne pepper on top, it’s optional of course but really nice, wakes you up a bit. Goji berries on top for extra nutrition and energy. I hope you love it, happy blending!


2 cups (500 ml) ripe mango
2 persimmons
2 clementines
1/2 cup (125 ml) water
vanilla to taste
a dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
goji berries on tops (optional)
