Orange, Mango, Carrot Immune Support

This vitamin-bursting fruit smoothie makes you happy and supports your body in a natural way. Both carrots and oranges are full of antioxidants that help support immune function, along with valuable vitamin C. This smoothie is a blessing both for the taste buds and for keeping your body strong.

2 medium carrots, chopped
1 banana
2 oranges, peeled & chopped
1 cup mango (250 ml)
1 cup water (250 ml)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Add the water to the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients. If you are drinking this smoothie right away you can add some ice on top of the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
