Pink Lady Smoothie


I love blending raspberries, they are such a nice addition to smoothies. This blend is thick, creamy and full of happy vitamins. Great in the morning to get you going. Add hemp protein or nuts if you want to make it more filling.

1 cup (250 ml) frozen raspberries
1 cup (250 ml) pineapple
1 orange
1 banana
1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
chia seeds on top (optional)

Serves 2
