This smoothie is thick, creamy and has a really yummy tropical flavor thanks to the coconut oil. It’s anti-inflammatory ingredients; pineapple, almond milk, coconut oil and chia seeds make it a really healthy treat at any time of the year. Add one frozen fruit (preferably mango) to make it nice and chilled. This is a nice banana-free recipe for those who don’t like the flavor of banana or are allergic.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups (500 ml) mango, frozen
2 cups (500 ml) pineapple
2 cups (500 ml) almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
chia seeds on top
